A long time ago, yoga started as a form of exercise for me. From my very first class, though, it revealed something much deeper — the ability to quiet the mind and step away from the noise of the outside world. I was hooked immediately. I wanted to explore this ancient practice and its wisdom more deeply, and here I am, more than ten years later, still learning—from myself, from others, and from life itself. I'm grateful to share what I've experienced and embodied along the way.

As always, yin and yang are present in my life as well. I love the vibrant yang energy within me — it gives me the courage to move towards my dreams and express myself. But there's also the yin side: the quieter, more intuitive part of me that serves as my inner compass. It reveals what's happening beneath the surface when I pause. It reminds me to slow down, to listen more deeply, and to simply be with whatever arises. When my nervous system settles, I have a greater capacity to be present with life — and to me, that's where yoga truly begins.

I teach Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, and Aerial Yoga, and I offer deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practices in both Finnish and English. As a curious citizen of the world, I also teach internationally, offering yoga classes and workshops in different parts of the world.

A COMPASS
for LIFE
